Whistleblowing

If, in a work-related context, you become aware of facts, evidence or information about infringements that have already been practiced or that carry a high probability of being practiced, or are being executed, due to the breach of the rules applicable to the activity of the companies of the Group, you may communicate it to Telhabel Group.

Communication can be made through the following channels:

  1. By electronic email: compliance@telhabelgroup.com; or
  2. By post:  Telhabel Group – Compliance – De Boelelaan 7, 7th Floor Suite 7.02, 1083HJ Amsterdam, The Netherlands (envelope must be marked ‘CONFIDENTIAL’).

 

Reporting of irregularities can be done on a named or anonymous basis. If submitted in a nominative form and if expressly requested by the corresponding author, the report will be passed on anonymously to all those involved in its management and processing.

Telhabel Group prohibits any type of retaliation against an employee, individual or entity who reports an irregularity in good faith. The rights of the accused person will also be protected.

To enable effective investigations, please include a detailed description of the incident (who, what, when, how) and supporting evidence (e.g. copies of documents, screenshots, or names of witnesses) that can corroborate your report. Please note that general assertions cannot be investigated.
